Nicholas de roulhac

Nick has been sailing since the age of four and turned that lifelong obsession into a career on the water. After racing professionally, building race boats, and managing competitive race programs, he shifted his focus toward offshore sailing and performance multihulls. Today, Nick specializes in high-performance cruising catamarans and has logged more than 20,000 offshore miles, including extensive experience aboard Outremer catamarans.

A USCG 100-Ton Master, US Sailing Instructor, and PADI Divemaster, Nick is happiest pushing a fast boat offshore, exploring somewhere new, or helping others become more confident on the water.

Brittney Ramirez

Brittney fell in love with sailing 16 years ago while racing sport boats in Southern California. What started on the racecourse quickly grew into a passion for offshore sailing, deliveries, and exploring new destinations by sea. Now a USCG 50-Ton Master, Brittney brings years of experience aboard both monohulls and performance cruising catamarans.

A PADI Divemaster and passionate advocate for more sustainable life on the water, Brittney also leads Helm to Horizon’s efforts to make boating a little easier on the places we love to explore. Whether she’s at the helm, underwater, or discovering somewhere new, she’s happiest when the next adventure involves the ocean.

Hailey Rogers

Hailey loves to be in, on, or under the water any chance she gets. When she’s not at the helm, she loves planning a long passage, blowing some bubbles, and getting a good scrub in with her favorite deck brush.
